1746 Colonial American Document On Hand Laid Paper & In Super Condition.  To The Constables Of The Town Of Attleborough Or To Either Of Them Greeting. You Are Required In His Majesty Name Forthwith To Assemble The Inhabitants of Your Town Duly Qualified According To Law, & To Signify To Them That They Are Alike To Return 2 Good & Lawful Men Of Your Town ( Each Whereof To Have A Real Estate Of 40 Shillings Per Annum Or A Personal Estate Worth 50 Pounds ) To Serve On The Petit Jury Of Trials At The Next Court of The General Sessions of The Peace & At The Next Inferior Court Of Common Pleas To Be Holden At Taunton On The 2nd Tuesday Of December Next Which Persons So Chosen You Are To Summon & Warn To Attend The services Of sd Court on The 2nd Tuesday Of the sd Courts Sitting & You Are to make Return Of sd Writ With Your Doings Therein & The Names Of The Persons So Chosen Unto The Clerks Office The Day Before The Opening Of sd Courts Dated In Taunton The 19th Day of Nov In the 20th Year of His Majesty's Reign AD 1746 The Jurors To Be Drawn Out Of Box According To A Late Law.
