    Boston Acoustic T830  8" Refoam Kit
    This is the correct kit that fits exactly on the T830 poly cone woofers.
    These woofers use a very unique foam surround and we do not use a generic foam surround like most others sell. See the closeup picture to check out the foam surround.
    You may have to trim 1/16" off the outside of the surround to fit inside the recessed lip of the basket.
    Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed
    to repair two (2) woofers:

    2 Foam Surrounds (F8-3)
    Shims For Centering The 1" Voice Coils
    Two 2.75" Screen (thin fabric) Dust Caps
    1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (strong and sticky to bond on poly cones)
    *It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims.  The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed.  If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing
