    ESS AMT-1D Complete Speaker Refoam Kit w/ Shims and Dust Caps!
    This is the correct kit that fits on the ESS AMT-1B, AMT-1C, AMT-1D and PS-1220 speaker.  Use the table below to match up dimensions.
    Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed
    to repair two (2) woofers and two (2) passives:
    Refoaming Instructions
    Two 12" Foam Surrounds (F12-2) Flat Attachment to Cone
    Two 12" Passive Radiators
    Shims for centering the 2" voice coils
    Two 4.5" Felt Dust Caps
    1 Bottle of Specially Formulated White Adhesive
    (For passive radiators)
    1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Black Adhesive
    (strong and sticky to bond on the poly cones)
    *It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims.  The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed.  If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing.

    A - Outside diameter of the surround  = 11.5"
    B - Roll ends                                       = 10.5"
    C - Roll starts / O.D. of the cone         = 9.5"
    D - Inside diameter of the surround    = 9"
    12" Passive Radiators
    Outside Diameter:  11.625"
    Disc Diameter (roll starts):  9.375"
