    Fully functional, I tested the crossovers with 16ohm D130 speaker and a
    16ohm 075 tweeter and they work great. You can adjust the tweeter frequency
    With the pot. There were some numbers that were scribed on the face plates that
    I had to cover with electrical tape, it could be personal information from a past owner,
    I don’t know.
