McIntosh XR7 Refoam Kit
This is the correct kit that fits exactly on the Mcintosh XR7, ML-2C and ML-2M speakers.  These speakers have two 12" woofers and one 8" mid bass in each cabinet.
Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed
to repair four (4) woofers and two (2) mids:
Refoaming Instructions
Four 12" Large Roll Foam Surrounds (F12-8)
Two 8" Foam Surrounds (F8-2)
Shims For Centering the Voice Coils (1.5" & 2")
Four 4.5" Felt Dust Caps and Two 2.75" Screen Dust Caps
1 Big Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive
*It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims.  The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed.  If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing.

12" Woofer
A - Outside diameter of the surround = 11.75"
B - Roll ends                                      = 11"
C - Roll starts / O.D. of the cone        = 9.5"
D - Inside diameter of the surround   = 9"
Large Roll on Surround (B-C) = .75"
8" Mid Bass
A - Outside diameter of the surround  = 7.75"
B - Roll ends                                       = 6.938"
C - Roll starts / O.D. of the cone        = 6"
D - Inside diameter of the surround    = 5.5"
