    Description

    This MFG Tray Proofing Board is made from fiberglass reinforced composite, and has a textured surface to keep baked goods in place. This board will not absorb moisture, bend, or sag, and it can be cleaned in a standard dishwasher. It is a 26" x 18" size. If the product needs scraped to remove buildup, use plastic utensils or a Scotch Brite non-scratch pad. Do not strike trays on hard surfaces. Do not use harsh abrasives such as scouring powder, steel wool or metal scouring pads and do not expose products to direct flame. NOTE: There may be fiberboard dust when package is opened, so wash before use.
