    This item is in good preowned condition with normal signs of wear.  Her eyelashes are not painted on.  They are made from doll hair.  Some of her ringlets are stretched and the top part of her hair looks like she either once had some kind of up do or someone cut her hair.  Please see photos.  I do not see a makers mark.
