Puttin' on the Ritz Popular Imports Porcelain Dress Stand Mannequin Wedding. Condition is "Used". Lovely little porcelain mannequin with such a delicate cream and pink gown.  The silver beads have tarnished, but I think this adds to the vintage look.  Un fortunately the glue has discolored and can be seen.  See photos.  But it is still a pretty piece.
